Solar panels for homes.
Less dependence.
More control.
We install solar panels for homes sized on your actual consumption, your usage habits and the condition of your roof. If, because of orientation, shading or consumption profile, the installation does not pay off, we tell you before installing anything.
We handle the study, installation, permitting and monitoring, and we remain available after commissioning.
100 % A MEDIDA
Sized to your consumption, roof and daily usage habits.
LLAVE EN MANO
Assessment, installation and permitting in one project.
OPTIONAL BATTERY
Almacenamiento solar solo cuando resulta conveniente.
MONITOR FROM YOUR PHONE
Check the solar production and energy consumption of your system.
How much can a home save with solar panels?
There is no single savings percentage that applies to every home. We analyse how much you consume, when you use electricity and the actual conditions of your roof, including orientation, shading and available area. With that data we estimate solar production, the level of self-consumption, any surplus and the return on investment in order to size an installation matched to your needs, without oversizing it. If a battery could improve how you use the energy, we assess it; and if it does not pay off, we tell you that too.
Pay less for electricity. Make better use of your energy.
Electricity is a recurring household expense. A properly sized solar PV installation generates part of the energy you use and reduces the electricity you need to buy from the grid.
At KEIKEN, we seek the right balance between investment, solar generation and actual savings, avoiding oversized systems that do not match your needs.
What a turnkey solar panel installation includes
We study your consumption, energy habits and the characteristics of your home to design an installation matched to your actual needs. We take care of the engineering, equipment selection, installation, electrical protection and connection, and we manage the permitting and documentation needed to put the installation into service. Once it is finished, we check that it works and set up monitoring so that you can see at any time how much energy you produce, how much you consume and how much you are using directly from the sun. And we remain available after installation to resolve faults, carry out maintenance and help you maintain the system’s performance throughout its service life.

Answers to your questions before you start.
How much can I save a year with solar panels at home?
Savings depend on your consumption, the orientation of your roof, the installed capacity and, above all, how much energy you use during daylight hours. In detached houses with typical consumption, indicative savings are between 40% and 70% of the electricity bill. Before giving you a figure, we analyse your actual consumption and provide a personalised estimate.
How much does a solar PV installation for a home cost?
The price depends on the capacity, the type of roof and whether you include batteries. As an indicative reference, a 3 to 5 kWp installation for a detached house usually costs between €4,000 and €8,000 turnkey; batteries are quoted separately. After visiting the property, we give you a fixed quotation detailing the equipment and work, with no additional costs later.
How long does it take to recover the investment?
At current electricity prices, the indicative payback for a home self-consumption installation is between 5 and 9 years. The period is shorter if you consume a good part of the energy during the day, if you take advantage of the tax deductions and local council rebates available, and if you receive compensation for surplus energy. In the initial study we calculate the return using your own consumption data.
How long does the installation take from start to finish?
Roof installation is normally completed in a few days once the design is finalised. The overall timescale, however, is set by permits and permitting, which can extend the process by several weeks depending on the local council and the distribution network operator. We handle all the applications and keep you informed of each milestone so that you always know where your installation stands.
Do I need batteries, or does an installation without them pay off?
They are not essential. If your consumption is concentrated in the morning and around midday, an installation without batteries already makes good use of production. Batteries make sense when you consume mainly in the afternoon and evening, when you want to reduce your dependence on the grid as far as possible or if you experience power cuts. We assess this with your actual consumption curve before recommending one option or the other.
What happens to the energy I produce but do not consume?
Surplus energy is exported to the grid and, under the self-consumption with compensation scheme, deducted from your bill as a credit against the energy charge. That compensation cannot exceed the cost of the energy consumed in the same period: your bill can become very low, but not negative. There are other ways of managing surplus energy, and we review them with you according to your situation.
What maintenance do solar panels need?
Very little. As there are no moving parts, periodic cleaning of the modules, an electrical check and performance monitoring are enough to detect any drop in production in time. We offer maintenance plans with scheduled inspections and monitoring checks, so that the installation produces as expected throughout its service life.
Tell us about your home and we will assess whether it pays off.
We analyse your electricity consumption, type of home, roof characteristics and usage habits to assess which installation makes sense in your case. With this data we can estimate production, the level of self-consumption and the expected savings, and define a solution matched to your actual needs.
If, because of orientation, shading or consumption profile, the installation does not pay off, we will tell you that too.
VERIFIED COMMITMENT
We are a B Corp company
B Corp certification independently assesses a company’s environmental and social performance, transparency and legal accountability. For us, it is more than another seal of approval: it is the framework that guides our technical decisions. Every plant we design is also assessed for its energy consumption, the water footprint it helps reduce and its impact where it is installed.
