FILTRATION MEDIA SPECIALISTS

Filtration performance starts with the right medium.

Not all water requires the same filtration. The choice of filtration medium depends on the inlet water quality, the contaminants to be removed and the process objectives.

On every project, our technical department analyses the specifications and parameters of the filtration medium: particle size distribution, uniformity coefficient, density or composition, and verifies that it meets the technical requirements defined by the client.

Our experience allows us to combine material quality and reliable supply on projects of different capacities.

FOUR PRODUCT LINES. ONE SHARED APPROACH.

From granular media to complete units.

EIGHT MEDIA IN OUR CATALOGUE

Filtration media

Anthracite, zeolite, activated carbon, sand and gravel, garnet, pumice, calcite and manganese dioxide. Each material has its own UNE-EN standard, NSF certification and role within the filter bed.

CONTROLLED FLOCCULATION

Polyelectrolyte units

Automatic polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing for the coagulation and flocculation stages. The right dose determines floc size and, with it, the performance of every downstream stage.

PRESSURE FILTRATION

Pressure filters

Pressure filters sized according to flow rate, the selected medium and the target quality. They are used where space is limited or where the process already operates under pressure.

DAY-TO-DAY OPERATION

Consumables

Cartridges, spare parts and replacement materials to keep the installation running. Replacing the filtration medium is part of a filter’s normal life, not a breakdown.

KNOWLEDGE AND RELIABILITY

We supply each medium and understand how it should perform.

KEIKEN provides reliable solutions that contribute to the operational efficiency and long-term performance of each installation, backed by its logistics experience to meet agreed supply deadlines.

01. Technical selection

Materials and equipment matched to the water, the process and the operating conditions, with attention to each project’s specifications.

02. Quality and traceability

Control of specifications and technical documentation, with regulatory compliance and certification according to the materials and equipment supplied.

03. International capability

Experience supplying large-scale installations, coordinating the technical and logistical requirements of international projects.

PROJECTS

Filtration experience applied to real-world installations.

KEIKEN’s experience in water treatment enables us to understand the technical demands of different filtration systems and the importance of selecting the right components for each process.

VERIFIED COMMITMENT

We are a B Corp company

B Corp certification independently assesses a company’s environmental and social performance, transparency and legal accountability. For us, it is more than a label: it provides a framework for our technical decisions. Every plant we design is also assessed for its energy consumption, the water footprint it helps reduce and its impact where it is installed.
