Our contribution

Design, engineering and manufacture of the complete skid

The scope covers basic and detailed engineering, manufacturing, factory acceptance testing (FAT), manuals and delivery to site.

The project

An industrial facility in Navarre needed to demineralise 10 m³/h of process water without civil works or complex integration. The unit had to arrive assembled and enter service by connecting the power supply and the inlet and outlet pipework.

KEIKEN started from the client’s P&ID and design conditions to develop the basic and detailed engineering of the skid, with a spiral-wound reverse osmosis membrane system and integrated automation. The unit was manufactured and tested at our facilities.

Before delivery, factory acceptance tests (FAT) were carried out, verifying the system’s performance with the client present and reducing work on site. The plant was delivered with its operating manuals, ready to connect.

Compact Plants line

We design and manufacture compact plants for industrial facilities that need to treat their own water without building a conventional plant.
