Solar PV installation maintenance.
Keep it performing.
Solar PV installation maintenance combines preventive inspection, monitoring and thermographic diagnosis to detect production losses caused by soiling, faults or misadjustments before they build up.
We work on installations built by KEIKEN and on systems from other installers, always starting by establishing their actual condition.
PREVENTIVE + CORRECTIVE
A plan based on actual condition
THERMOGRAPHIC INSPECTION
Hot spot detection
MONITORING
Actual versus expected production
OTHERS’ INSTALLATIONS TOO
Installations we did not build
What does maintenance of a solar PV installation include?
We maintain solar PV installations and charging infrastructure, whether or not we built them. Before proposing a plan, we analyse the actual condition of the installation, its production, equipment, protection devices and any deviations. Based on that diagnosis, we define the work needed to reduce faults, recover performance and keep the installation operational and safe over the long term.
Solar PV maintenance
Inspection, cleaning, thermographic inspection and electrical checks to maintain production and safety.
EV charge points
Inspection of chargers, protection devices, communications and system operation.
Remote monitoring
Tracking of production, consumption and alarms to detect deviations before they cause a fault.
Performance optimisation
We analyse data and actual behaviour to identify losses and opportunities for improvement.
We detect deviations before they become losses.
Thermographic inspection
We identify hot spots, faulty connections and thermal anomalies in equipment and switchboards.
24/7 monitoring
We supervise the installation’s production, consumption, status and alarms in real time.
Technical diagnosis
We analyse faults and operating data to find the cause of a loss of performance.
Traceability
We record work carried out, faults, spare parts and reports to build up the installation’s history.
Predictive maintenance
We use data and trends to schedule interventions before a breakdown occurs.
What a solar PV maintenance contract includes
The maintenance service combines prevention, monitoring, technical support and documentary follow-up to reduce faults and keep production close to expected levels. We plan preventive inspections, attend to breakdowns when they occur and leave a traceable record of each intervention in technical reports. Where necessary, we also coordinate spare parts, logistics and specialist personnel, always working in accordance with safety requirements and the characteristics of each technology.
Prevention
Inspections and follow-up to anticipate faults.
Response
Technical support and fault management.
03. Technical interventions
We carry out the necessary inspections, repairs, adjustments and replacements, following applicable technical and safety requirements.
Traceability
Documented reports, work and spare parts.
Experience demonstrated on site.
A selection of projects where we have provided engineering, equipment or installation in different settings.
Answers to your questions about maintenance and support.
What does preventive maintenance include?
It includes visual and electrical inspections, checks of protection devices, cleaning where appropriate, a review of communications and performance analysis.
How often should an installation be inspected?
The frequency depends on the type of asset, the environment, the operating conditions and the manufacturers’ recommendations.
Do you attend to breakdowns and faults?
Yes. Corrective maintenance includes diagnosis, repair, component replacement and return to service.
Can you monitor the installation remotely?
Yes. We supervise data, alarms and trends to detect anomalies and reduce response times.
Do you maintain installations you did not build?
Yes. We first carry out a technical audit to establish the condition, documentation and needs of the asset.
Do you work with EV charge points?
Yes. We inspect equipment, protection devices, communications, software, access and the operation of charging sessions.
What is thermographic inspection and what is it for?
It detects hot spots, faulty connections and anomalies that are not always visible during a conventional inspection.
Tell us about your installation and we will review what it needs.
We work on solar PV installations and EV charge points, whether or not we built them. We analyse the condition of the equipment, production, alarms, protection devices, communications and fault history to identify deviations and define the maintenance that is actually needed. Based on that diagnosis, we propose a plan adapted to the installation, combining preventive maintenance, remote monitoring, technical support and corrective work when needed.
You do not need an existing maintenance contract. We start by establishing the actual condition of your installation.
We are a B Corp company
B Corp certification independently assesses a company’s environmental and social performance, transparency and legal accountability. For us, it is more than a label: it guides our technical decisions. Every plant we design is also assessed for its energy consumption, its contribution to reducing water use and its impact on the place where it operates.
