Our contribution
Frame fabrication and mechanical and electrical assembly
The client supplied the process equipment. KEIKEN built the frame and carried out the assembly, the electrical panel and the tests before transfer to site.
The project
An engineering firm specialising in complex waters needed its design for a reverse osmosis skid built for a waste treatment plant in the Barcelona area. The design and main equipment were already defined: what was missing was a builder with the precision and traceability the assembly required.
KEIKEN fabricated the frame in 316L stainless steel and carried out the complete mechanical assembly, with plastic and 316L stainless steel pipework and connections, supports and fasteners, receiving and integrating the process items supplied by the client.
The electrical scope included the control panel and complete electrical panel, cabling of the skid-mounted equipment and remote access for monitoring. Once the pressure and functional tests in the workshop were passed, the skid was moved to the plant, where our team supported commissioning.
Compact Plants line
We manufacture and assemble water treatment equipment to the engineering firm’s design, with material traceability and documented testing.
