Manufacturing skids for engineering firms.
We act as an industrial extension of your engineering team: we manufacture water treatment skids and plants to your specifications, with in-house manufacturing, FAT testing and technical support.
We are an engineering firm with our own workshop, specialising in the manufacture of plants, skids and water treatment systems. We work with other engineering firms, providing industrial capacity, technical experience and efficient solutions developed through our own R&D.
With two offices on the Iberian Peninsula, we provide national and international coverage, adapting to each client and project. Every system is developed through our own R&D and validated at our facilities and FAT testing area.

Your questions about industrial collaboration, answered.
Which companies do you manufacture water treatment skids for?
We work with engineering firms, EPC contractors, construction companies and integrators who need manufacturing and integration capacity for their water projects. Responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
Can you manufacture to the client’s engineering design and specified brands?
Yes. We can work from the supplied design or complete the engineering within the agreed scope. We review specifications, materials, instrumentation, brands and interfaces to define manufacturing consistent with the project.
Which parts of the supply can KEIKEN undertake?
From manufacturing and assembly to electrical integration, instrumentation, automation, FAT testing and dispatch. Engineering, installation, commissioning and support can be included according to the agreed scope of supply.
What documentation do you provide with the equipment?
The dossier is defined in the quotation and may include electrical diagrams, manuals, equipment lists, test records and operating documentation. Parameters adjusted during commissioning are included when that stage forms part of the scope.
What are FAT tests and how are they carried out?
They are factory acceptance tests carried out before dispatch. We agree on a protocol covering the checks applicable to the equipment, their acceptance criteria and the records to be supplied to the client.
Can you integrate equipment supplied by third parties?
Yes, after reviewing its compatibility with the process, connections and control system. The required documentation, supply conditions and responsibilities for each item of equipment must be defined before assembly.
What skid sizes and formats can you manufacture?
We manufacture skids from 4 to 10 metres and containerised plants, with configurations of up to 10 tonnes per unit. The final layout depends on the equipment, maintenance access and transport and installation conditions.
How are quality and conformity requirements defined?
The specification, manufacturing controls and documented tests are agreed. CE marking and any other requirements are determined according to the equipment type, scope and destination market, and reviewed before manufacturing.
Can you deliver the equipment under our own brand?
Yes. We can manufacture equipment for you to deliver to your client under your brand. Identification, the dossier and each party’s responsibilities are defined in the project.
Do you provide support during installation and commissioning?
We can support assembly, connections, testing, adjustment and operator training. The resources needed on site and each company’s tasks are defined in the service scope.
What information do you need to prepare a quotation?
Specifications, available P&IDs and drawings, water flow rate and quality, required materials and brands, automation, dimensions, destination market and timeframe. If engineering is not yet finalised, indicate which part you need to develop. Request a manufacturing proposal.
Tell us about your project and what you need us to manufacture.
We work as an industrial partner for engineering firms, EPC contractors and construction companies, adapting to the scope each project needs. You can provide a complete specification, start from a preliminary design or simply tell us what equipment you need to integrate. Our team will review the technical requirements, interfaces, dimensions, standards and deadlines to define the best way to manufacture and integrate the solution.
You do not need to have everything finalised. We can join you from design through to manufacturing, FAT testing and equipment delivery.
You define how far you want to go; KEIKEN provides the engineering, integration and manufacturing capacity required.
We are a B Corp company
B Corp certification independently assesses a company’s environmental and social performance, transparency and legal accountability. For us, it is more than a label: it provides a framework for our technical decisions. Every plant we design is also assessed for its energy consumption, the water footprint it helps reduce and its impact where it is installed.
