Compact plants
for water treatment.
Complete manufacturing
In over 45 countries
In water treatment
Delivered worldwide
Advanced solutions for desalination, water reuse and energy efficiency
Our specialist team is dedicated to delivering projects successfully. KEIKEN manufactures compact water treatment plants sized to suit the source water, flow rate and target quality of each project.
Our own manufacturing facilities and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) area allow us to manufacture, validate and check each system before delivery, documenting its quality, reliability and compliance with the requirements of each project.
This is complemented by our own R&D, applying advanced technology to produce water from seawater or brackish water.
Plants sized to suit the water to be treated.
Drinking water treatment plant
Water suitable for human consumption and other uses.
Water reuse plant
Water suitable for irrigation, washdown, toilet flushing…
Manufacturing for engineering firms
An industrial extension of your engineering team. In-house manufacturing, technical support and a FAT testing area.
We validate the plant before it reaches its destination.
Before dispatching each plant, we carry out FAT testing at our facilities. The client and the KEIKEN team jointly validate the assembly, operation and control of the equipment, identify any adjustments needed and approve the plant before shipment.
Checklist of pressure, electrical and mechanical inspections.
We identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance.
Together with the client, we validate all operating parameters.
The plant is approved and ready for shipment and commissioning.
Operation and monitoring.
Always connected to your plant
A water treatment plant evolves over time: water conditions change, filtration media are depleted and operating parameters need adjustment. Our after-sales service helps keep the installation under control, with the option of remote monitoring and support for a rapid response without the need to travel.
REMOTE CONTROL AND SUPPORT
We can monitor the plant remotely, review parameters, detect deviations and support the operating team in real time.
SPARE PARTS AND CONSUMABLES
Membranes, cartridges, filtration media, chemicals and components to keep the plant running.
PARAMETER OPTIMISATION
We adjust setpoints and operating conditions when water quality changes or the condition of the equipment evolves.
TRAINING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We train operating staff and remain available to address questions, incidents and needs throughout the life of the plant.

and support.
A team with more than 20 years of experience in water, energy and filtration projects, and more than 10 years of KEIKEN Group as an industrial group. Headquartered in Madrid, with a production plant in Barcelona and projects in over 45 countries.
Custom engineering and design
We adapt to the project requirements: flow rate, target quality and available space.
Manufacturing in our own workshops
A facility equipped to assemble complete modular compact plants.
FAT testing area before dispatch
Every skid is factory-tested, reducing on-site assembly to connections. True PLUG & PLAY.
Commissioning and training
We start up the plant at its destination and train the team who will operate it.
Global technical support
Our own offices in Mexico, Argentina and Morocco, and a network of partners for local support.
Experience proven in the field.
A selection of projects where we have delivered engineering, equipment or installation services in different settings.
We are a B Corp company
B Corp certification independently assesses a company’s environmental and social performance, transparency and legal accountability. For us, it is more than a label: it provides a framework for our technical decisions. Every plant we design is also assessed for its energy consumption, the water footprint it helps reduce and its impact where it is installed.
