• Economic changes: the proposed technological changes may require an initial investment, so the associated savings and payback period must be analysed. Implementing the proposed changes together delivers significant savings.
• Behavioural changes: encouraging users of the facilities to keep a constant optimum temperature, switch lights off, etc.
